Age groups begin their CrossFit Games competition on Friday, Aug. 2, at 8 a.m. and conclude their first day by 6 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, age group competitors will begin at 10 a.m. and wrap up the day by 6 p.m. and 3 p.m., respectively.
