Yes, Planet Fitness has free weight benches. PF has both flat and adjustable height benches. What planet fitness lacks is the traditional bench with a free barbell and weight storage. Not to worry, you can perform the following upper body pressing exercises: Dumbbell bench presses; Push-ups; Dips; Shoulder presses; Smith machine bench press variations

Focus on doing your major lifts, like bench and overhead press on push day, deadlifts and rows on pull day, and squat on leg day. Focus on getting your form good for the first while. As for bulking, track your calories and eat in a surplus. Don't eat garbage food though. 95.

The above workout routine was written with the equipment available at Planet Fitness in mind. It's comprised of 3 different full body workouts. Feel free to do them 3 times per week with at least one rest day in between each workout. Alternatively, you can cycle through them by performing one of the listed workouts every other day.
